At MyMortgageDivision, we guarantee that the *borrowers' loans fund on time.
If the loan goes beyond the closing date due to an error or fault on our part, we'll pay the wholesale broker
$500.
This guarantee does not apply if any documentation, including but not limited to;
income, assets, appraisal, title, loan amount, and product; changes from the date
of submission. Closing dates that are less than 30 days from date of
submission require review and acceptance before guarantee is applicable.
MyMortgageDivision is not accountable for delays caused by third parties.
