Under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act or RESPA, you may not accept a referral fee or any compensation whatsoever.

There are 4 components to the system that makes it unique:
  1. A "MyMortgageDivision" button that you place on your website (or an "OurMortgageDivision" button for companies).



    Rather than sending your client to a mortgage broker, for no fee, you simply direct the client to your website and instruct them to click on the "MyMortgageDivision" button that we provide you. This begins the process for you, the Originator, to maintain total control of the transaction and earn the loan fee.

  2. A "Splash Page" with a "Quick App" button that we provide.

    Once clicked, the "MyMortgageDivision" button opens your "Splash Page" where the client can get information on financing and click on the "Quick App" button to apply for the loan.

  3. A "Quick App" (an abbreviated loan application)

    The "Quick App" is an abbreviated application yet provides enough information to render an automated decision.

  4. A "Personal Assistant" that we provide.

    We then provide you with a "Personal Assistant", a highly skilled and trained professional who downloads the application, contacts the borrower to collect missing information and discuss their needs. Your Personal Assistant then pulls credit; reviews your clients' needs with you, recommends programs and helps you quote rates. The qualifications, duties and responsibilities for this position are substantially higher than that of a traditional loan processor. The "Personal Assistant" then works directly with you, the borrower, underwriter and escrow officer to close the transaction.

By combining all four of these components, it makes it possible for any level of Originator to generate loans and provide the service necessary to satisfy clients and close loans effectively.
